We were asked to create a new area at the renowned Hemsley Walled Garden. This was designed as a Garden of Contemplation, incorporating various ‘rooms’. The main feature of the garden was a bamboo enclosure, which had at its heart a large reclaimed stone trough as a water feature.

This space was previously a sloping lawned garden with a central concrete path. We created a low-maintenance, yet pleasing paved and gravelled garden with ample space for planting to soften the overall look.
| Water Features   If you require a water feature in your garden, we can advise and install to your needs, whether a small pond or a larger project.
This water feature was part of a large formal garden re-development, and creates a striking focal point at the foot of the stairs. The stone setts are set into a purpose-made metal grid allowing the water to drain easily back into the tank below.
